my monitor screen will turn on but screen stays black it won’t show the logo or anything it’s just black but it’s on. how ever i can still hear what’s happening when it’s connected to my playstation i just can see anything so i really don’t know what to do, ive tried using different hdmi cables, i tried using a display cable on my pc, i’ve tried switching power cables , i’ve tried plugging it in different outlets, and it stayed the same so im just really confused because before that happened all i did was unplug all the cables to do somthing then i plugged them back in and then showed black so i would really appreciate if i can get some help

2. When did the issue start: When did this issue start occurring? Was it present from the beginning or did it start recently?
3. Cross-testing: Have you tried connecting the display to another device (e.g., laptop, other computer) or connecting another display to your computer to see if the issue is with the display itself?
4. Single connection: When the issue occurred, was your computer only connected to this VG27VQ3B display? If not, try disconnecting other displays and only connect this display to see if the issue persists.
5. VRR setting: Was the Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) function enabled when the issue occurred? Please provide the display settings at that time (timing, refresh rate, resolution).
6. Factory reset: We recommend that you reset the display to its factory settings to rule out any incorrect settings.
