I have two PA279CRV monitors that are 11 months old and both have just stopped working. After attaching to another PC to eliminate cables or daisy chaining etc. one of the monitors looks completely dead.
So I turned my attention to the second monitor which says it it is Keylocked.
The manual says hold the 5-way button for 5 seconds, but this won't work. I also tried all the other keys and its says Keylocked.
Is there another way to unlock or reset the monitor please....€1000 for two monitors that lasted 11 months is breaking my heart
