1. Does Zenbo Junior II have a charging station? How do I charge Zenbo Junior II?
- Zenbo Junior II does not have a charging station. You can charge Zenbo Junior II by connecting the adapter to the back of the device.
2. How do I turn on Zenbo Junior II?
- Please press the power key on the back of Zenbo Junior II for more than 2 seconds to turn on Zenbo Junior II.
3. How do I turn off Zenbo Junior II?
- Please press the power key on the back of Zenbo Junior II for more than 2 seconds until a pop up appears. Click shut down to turn off Zenbo Junior II.
4. Does Zenbo Junior II have a physical volume button?
- Yes, Zenbo Junior II has a physical volume button located on the right side of the robot's head (facing Zenbo Junior II).
5. How do I trigger Zenbo Junior II with voice command?
- You can say “Alexa” to trigger Zenbo Junior II.
6. What is the button for on top of Zenbo Junior II’s head?
- If you do not want to trigger Zenbo Junior II through voice command, you can press the button on top of Zenbo Junior II’s head to manually trigger the robot.
