Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:
1. Make sure your device is in the available range of Wi-Fi
2. Remove connection to PlayTo and try to match and connect again. (How to use "PlayTo" function (Miracast)? )
3. Remove groups remembered by Wi-Fi Direct (Settings>Wi-Fi>Advanced(at right top corner)>Wi-Fi Direct>Clean [Remembered groups] and connect agian
4. Apply in other devices to check again whether it works well.
5. Access to Safe Mode:Long press "Power key"> Tap and hold "Power Off" > tap "OK". If your device works normally in safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps. Please reboot your device and check againg to see if it works well.
6. Update firmware to the latest version:Settings>About>System update>Check Update
7. Backup your data and perform factory data reset
Note: Once RESET was performed, all data, apps, settings and personal information will be deleted after initialization.
