The Smart key's fingerprint sensor allows you to wake up the screen and unlock the phone at the same time. Making it easier to go directly to your Home screen.
If you don't want to unlock the phone so easily, you can set the unlock method to "Press only" to avoid unintentionally unlocking your phone when you accidentally touches the Smart key.
