If you encounter the following issues during phone call:
1. The phone is not close to the ear, but the screen turns black after you press the button to answer the call.
2. The screen is still black after the call is over and will not return to the screen before the call.
At this time, please check whether the screen protector on the LCD that does not have a hole for proximity sensor, or remove the screen protector and try again.
- Proximity sensor is usually located on either left or right side of the receiver
- We recommend that you purchase the official screen protector sold by ASUS. If you purchase non-official screen protector, please check and make sure it has no such issues after installation.
