ASUS SmartHome HG100 system service announcement (For Singapore)
Dear Customers,
Thank you for supporting ASUS products. Please be advised that we will discontinue the development and maintenance of the SmartHome HG100 series. Beginning on July 1, 2023, Asus SmartHome App was no longer be available for download from the App Store or Google Play. Users who have already downloaded the app can continue to use it, but we will no longer make any system adjustments, modifications, or maintenance.
Other areas of impact include:
- Production of the entire SmartHome HG100 system series has been discontinued.
- All certifications for the SmartHome HG100 system series will not be updated.
- Optimization of firmware, hardware and software functions for the SmartHome HG100 system series have been stopped.
- The SmartHome HG100 system series' websites, promotional materials, and user manuals have been taken down.
