Hello. I bought rog cetra true wireless a month ago and I ran into issue which I hope isn't that I broke something inside. I can't seem to charge them. I have the case connected to my computer for 1 hour and they just wont be charged led that indicates battery is flashing as its connected but when I disconnect it and open the case logo and battery led flash red for a second and then turn off.
Same happens on earbuds when case is opened, red led flashes and after a second turns off. I added a video to show how it looks when they are charging and when they are off the charger.

Hello, @Ti4n
you’re experiencing a charging issue with your ROG Cetra True Wireless earbuds. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check the Charging Cable and Port:
Ensure that the charging cable and port on your computer are functioning properly. Try using a different cable or a different USB port to rule out any issues with the cable or port.
Clean the Charging Contacts:
Sometimes, debris or dust can accumulate on the charging contacts of the earbuds and the case, preventing a good connection. Gently clean the contacts with a dry cloth or a cotton swab.
Reset the Earbuds:
A reset can often resolve charging issues. To reset your ROG Cetra True Wireless earbuds, place them in the charging case and close the lid for about 5 seconds. Then take them out and wait until the blue light on one side of the earbuds starts to flash.
Charge the Case Fully:
Make sure the charging case is fully charged. If the case’s battery is low, it may not charge the earbuds effectively.
Check for Firmware Updates:
Ensure that your earbuds have the latest firmware. You can check for updates using the Armoury Crate app or the device’s companion app.
Remember to handle your earbuds gently during these steps, especially when cleaning the contacts. If you’re not comfortable performing any of these actions, it’s best to seek professional help. I hope these steps help you resolve the charging issue! :battery::headphone:
I hope my suggestion is helpful for you.
