請問為什麼有時候windows hello fingerprint 無法用? 從device manager認不到 Biometric, 除非我點 Device Manager -> View -> Show hidden devices 才會看到 然後點進 Goodix fingerprint -> properties -> General -> Device Status 內容是 "Currently, This Hardware Device is not Connected to the Computer. (Code 45)". 然後我重新開機也沒用, 一樣無法用windows hello fingerprint來解鎖．
唯一解決方法只有 進去bios (v309) 按F9 OK 然後按 F10 OK 然後重開機才又認到 Goodix fingerprint driver了！
我這台０９／２３才買的！可以幫忙看一下嗎？這樣每一次都要靠bios reset configuration to default才能讓device認到Goodix fingerprint driver會很困擾．
