You likely need to use the web GUI to lower security and encryption levels on the network you connect to. Before doing this, use the web GUI to set defaults and setup your router without using any saved setup files.

My equipment:

ASUS ZenWifi BE14000 mesh firmware 3.0.0.6.102_58407
Reolink Argus 4 Pro firware: v3.0.0.4978_25060601
Reolink Home Hub firmware: v3.3.0.456_25122635

The Home Hub is connected via Ethernet to the routers main node. This I see on the network no problem. The Argus camera I can connect wirelessly to the main network no problem. The issue is when I try and add the camera to the Home Hub. The Reolink app sees the Argus on the network and I can click add to Home Hub. It tries to add it and it fails or it adds it, but the Argus shows its in stand-by and I can no longer connect to it or it also will say incorrect password even though it never asked for the camera password when adding it to the Hub.

I have also made a separate guest network with wifi 7 turned off and only broadcasting 2.4GHz. I have also tried the ASUS templet in the GUI for an IoT also only on 2.4GHz and no wifi 7. It is the same results.

I have also changed settings under the professional tab for the 2.4GHz to just channel 11 and 20MHz width. I have allowed IGMP snooping, disabled WMM APSD, disabled OFDMA, disabled TWT, under IPTV I have enabled Multicast Routing and enabled Efficient Multicast Forwarding.

Ai Protection settings are not on and neither is the Adaptive QoS.

I have also tried with the two mesh nodes turned off so that only the main router was on.

The issue appears to be with what needs to happen for the Arugus to remain on the network but be managed by the Home Hub. Also I have turned off the Home Hubs Wifi so that the only one available is the wifi my ASUS router is providing and it’s the network the Hub is connected to.

I would like the cameras to record back to the Home Hub. Is there newer firmware I need?

Also the guest network made a new VLAN which is fine but I can not see how to assign certain ethernet ports to a VLAN.

Check and make sure any Guest/IoT network Access Point Isolated is turned off. It seems rampant but this, or unchecking allow access to local network causes LAN port isolation.

Thanks. Here the problem is the portion of the Reolink app that tells you if the firmware is up to date does not work. Downloading and installing manually the latest online fixed the issue.

Now the problem is I was going to place my camera stuff on its own VLAN and I have the wifi side ready for that but can not find the "VLAN" tab in the ASUS GUI to configure an ethernet port also. The online direction talk about this tab or page but it does not exist in my GUI. So it almost seems I can not change a physical port to a different VLAN and with all the settings available I would think I should be able to do that.
