Welcome to the forum and sorry to read of your problem!

Search for similar log lines has popped up a similar experience with a RT-BE92U way back towards the end of 2024:

https://zentalk.asus.com/t5/networking/rt-be92u-on-going-random-losses-of-internet-wan-access/td-p/455044

I'm afraid at this point ASUS technicians should probably evaluate the firmware and publish one to prevent this from reoccurring.

Under Advanced Settings -> Administration -> Feedback (tab)

Please fill out the information as detailed as possible including the approximate time it last happened. (Ideally start the log right after a crash so you can note the time).

I also experience the same issue with the same router and firmware.

**bleep** shame since I just switched to this router to improve connection stability and now this happens...

Same, just got fiber and have had nothing but issues because of this crappy router. Their "support" has no clue and just says to return the device.

Same problem here with my RT-BE86U. In fact my second router - after this happened I returned for a new one, but that did not fix any thing.

For me there is a memory leak in the 2.4GHz band when I have multiple devices connected. That causes the whole WiFi firmware to crash and re-start.

If I block most of my 2.4GHz devices (lights, cameras, Alexa's etc) from connecting, leaving only about 6 on the 2.4GHz band then it does not crash. If I add more devices, randomly so it is not a specific device, then it crashes the firmware. After crashing over and over the 2.4GHz devices eventually do not connect again and it stabilises with all devices on the 5GHz band still connected.

It seems like a serious bug in the firmware for the Broadcom BCM6711 802.11 Wireless Controller. So far Asus support have only told me to update the firmware and then return it for a new one. Useless.
