Thank you for your inquiry.

To better understand the network connectivity issue you are experiencing, please provide us with the following information:

Firmware version confirmation: Have you confirmed that your router firmware has been updated to the latest version?

Restart test: Please try the following restart test: First, turn off your Dell computer then restart your ASUS RT-AX92U router.

Cable test: Have you tried replacing the Ethernet cable with a different one to rule out cable issues?

Network adapter driver: We recommend that you confirm that your Dell computer's network adapter driver is the latest version, or try resetting the network connection on your Dell computer.

Factory reset test: If you have confirmed the above steps, but the problem persists, please try restoring your router to factory settings and reconfiguring it.

I have a rt-ax92u router.

I connected a new dell computer via Ethernet. The device is showing up as a 5.2 wifi connection. Does not show and throughput up or down and shows no connection time.

I am getting over 800 down and the connection seems to be working.

Any thoughts on the problem? the three other Ethernet devices are in the interface correct as Ethernet.
