This is because the device you have is tencent edition(CN Version) flashed with WW rom and sold as Global version. Asus update provider server doesnt connect to these devices.When devs upload new firmware in the website then you will be able to downl...

It seems you have tencent version. Dont worry when the devs upload the latest firmware in the website you can update then. till then u have to stick to (.217) firmware.

how did u get this 33.0820.0810.232 firmware update? Did you get via OTA? or from website? there is no firmware after 217 in the website. I am so sad about it
