Nor pairing with JBL Reflect Contour 2

Hi guys. I have a Zenfone 5 (X00QD) nor rooted and just bought the bluetooth fone from JBL, Reflect contour 2.
I'm trying to pair it with my phone, but is not showing up at the fone.
I already used my phone with many others bluetooth devices without problems.
I already reseted my network settings and it is still not working
Does anyone has any ideia how to solve it?

Perhaps the Bluetooth device is automatically connecting to another nearby device previously connected. Have you checked if there is a connection in progress?
You can also search the phone's manual if there is a way to reset it, in case you don't know how to do it.

Talvez o dispositivo Bluetooth esteja se conectando automaticamente em outro dispositivo próximo, previamente conectado. Já verificou se há conexão em andamento?
Pode também buscar no manual do fone se há uma forma de redefini-lo, caso não saiba como fazer.

As caixas de som da JBL são simples de conectar.
Tenta esse passo a passo:
Localize os botões na caixa de som. Pressione o botão em formato circular para ligar;
Depois que estiver ligada, pressione o botão com o ícone de Bluetooth;
Agora é só localizar a JBL no smartphone e realizar a conexão.

Primeiro faça backup dos seus dados, então siga os passos:
Configurações> Sistema> Redefinir opções> Limpar todos os dados (redefinição para configuração original)
