My phone don't boot! Just looping in ASUS logo

I was using my zenphone normally and suddenly turn off. Now I turn on and appers the logo ASUS and reboot. I tried a hard reset, but i cant access the recovery mode... the only option you have is fastboot mode. I get this informations using the fastboot mode.

Unfortunately i don't have Facebook's account.
So, i need recovery.img of lastest version to try run it by "fastboot boot recovery.img" , my Zenfone was bicked and bootloader is locked.
I saw in internet that i can install the same version actually installed, but i don't know how flash it by fastboot
