I bought a bluetooth earphones (JBL Reflect Contour 2), with Bluetooth 4.2, and my Zenfone 5z doesn't show it among the available devices in the bluetooth device list, so I can't connect the Zenfone with the earphones. The earphones are working properly and I have been able to use it with another devices. My Zenfone is updated with Android 10 and the most recent updates.
Has anyone faced a problem like this?
