In the USA they can't. Remember apple got class action suit for throttling the processor to prevent shutdown in case of battery degradation?

Disable slow charging. Use a high rated wall charger and good quality USB C cable.

If it is working properly in calculator test, then the hardware itself is fine. Probably some bugs in game. Tried factory reset before?

Go to Asus calculator and key in .12345+= Click Single test and test the touch input. If you touch the screen in a straight line and it reach in zigzag pattern or random touch appear, send to the service centre.

What's your firmware version? Have you charged to 100% and monitor it? Done factory reset?

Have you tried charging to 100%, performing a factory reset and monitoring the drain without installing any apps?

You can view which app are using battery percentage in battery under settings. To troubleshoot, you can factory reset and monitor, then adding one app, monitor, and another app and monitor. For all you know, a rogue game or app (with ads tracking) might be the problem.
-
If you feel it is draining fast, you can try to troubleshoot the rogue app yourself or send to the service centre. 3rd party apps are not accurate.

Uninstall the deivce with ! mark. Reboot and try again.

Probably your carrier refuse to provide support to niche gaming phone. Yes, it is just adding a few lines of code, but if anything wrong with VoLTE, the carrier has to provide support. I also want VoLTE as well, so I bought another phone with VoLTE support. ROG Phone 3 will remain as gaming and media phone.

If you are using screen protector, remove it. Also, try factory reset. If problem still occur, bring it to the service centre.
-
From what I know if PIN is required it means there has been too many incorrect attempts to unlock the phone. Have you tried leaving the phone untouched on the table and see if it still ask for the PIN instead of fingerprint?

I don't understand how phones can have problems with ota updates.

Do you have double tap to wake enabled?

Why are you using 3rd party app?
-
Does it happen every 72 hours or after placing the phone in your pocket?

Any screen protector installed? Performed a factory reset yet? I have never seen calculator make use of proximity sensor. What app is that?

September 15, 2020: According to a post on Asus’ community forum, the company is now rolling out Android 11 beta to Zenfone 6 owners who have registered for the beta program. The update comes in at around 1.3GB. It’s interesting that Asus’ 2019 flagship got the update before its successor — the Zenfone 7 series — did.…
