zenfone 9升級安卓14失敗

我的zenfone 9 剛剛跳更新推送，沒詳細看內容，以為又是優化更新，沒想到是升級到安卓14，結果完成後，多次載入系統失敗，手機直接顯示，無法載入系統，要求重設成出廠狀態，由於手機內尚有許多資料還沒備份，向各位大神求救，怎麼把檔案救回來？或是能恢復成更新前版本嗎？ 用PC在線等，感恩！
