The service center people say that the phone is behaving normally in their hand. No random shutdowns. I am sure they are not really using the phone as anyone does. No sim card inside or wifi on, etc. I am starting to feel worried. @ARP_ASUS do you have any suggestions or update on your message?

Also, the scheduled charge does not work. The time changes automatically. I set it to a certain time and i go back to the previous screen and i see it has changed to a different time. Haven't found any other issue. Haven't checked if slow charging works as it is intended to.

Will flipkart give a refund? How to get a 1 to 1 exchange? I just spoke to the service center, they said that I have to keep the phone with them for a day or more and they will check if there is any problem.

This happens with my ROG Phone 3 as well. Also instantly auto shutdown twice while doing very basic things like messaging or changing the notification tone. Not even full 24hrs have passed since I received the delivery from Flipkart.
