    I have considered doing that as well, but I'm sure they have tons of policies & a squad of lawyers that would make things difficult for me. I am seriously considering it though.

    Sure thing. Will do! About the A10 update, I personally don't think that's the culprit here. There's something wrong with my phone's hardware is what I feel. The motherboard most likely.

    Update - I got a call from them at around 4 PM (from the bangalore service center) on 22nd August. The person was so inaudible, I barely understood what he said.
