Yeah, it fixed upto some extent, but still the black crush issue can be seen. But this app did a good job I must say, it reduced the black crush. -
If it comes out to be a hardware issue, i want my model replaced. If it's only a software one, then quick update is needed. I have bought asus product for the first time, dont make me feel that I have committed a mistake. For now, i am trusting you with a solution. Dont disappoint us.

Hi, actually this black crush issue is not limited to just Netflix. All the apps like instagram,Facebook,YouTube ,even our photos gallery is showing the same black crush issue. Also, please verify asap if it's the hardware or software issue as we might need a replacement for the phone we received if it's a hardware issue.…
