    No I did conversation through call only after that copied everything as discussed in mail replies...I think discussion through call is also sufficient ...mail is for safer side.

    I purchased my phone on May 1st week...gave it when it was dead to Chandigarh service center on 13th Sept .... confirmed for refund initiation on 18th Oct and got refund today (23 Oct 2021).They told me refund usually take 6-7 days.

    I confirmed for refund initiation on 18th Oct and got it today...they said refund normally process within 7 days. I purchased my ex-phone (rog) on May 1st week and gave it to Chandigarh service center.

    this happend with me too …initially I thought it is because of phone’s heating but then it started to happen randomly. Then I thought to make screen recording and take to service center but luckily my phone died completely. Now they are replacing motherboard …. Hopefully it will not happen again when my phone comes. 😅

    My phone died too today.. nothing works , not even detectable from laptop or MIFlashTools, Already gave this phone 2 times for service center for other issues like sim not recognized, charging and now this. Its been 4 months , resetted my device 3 times. One year will pass like this only and after that if phone bricks…
