    Intel UHD Graphics 620 supports HDR. Turns out the problem is ASUS hardware and they cheaped out on the HDMI. Maximum resolution is 4096 x 2160 @ 30hz because it's only HDMI 1.4 not HDMI 2.0, which is need for 60hz and HDR.
