    Its been 12 days since my phone is at the service center,now they say it ll take 10 more days as they hv ordered the mainboard n they ll recieve it after 7-8 days after that they ll repair,do testing n then return it.

    Those of you who still think you ll get help from the forum After 7 days of sending him the logs, now they checked that the logs were empty.just cut your losses guys, get it repaired from the service center.no issue gets resolved on the forum anyway. if its an obvious issue then they reply,otherwise they just ignore it.

    They said ,the problem was caused by software bug but now only resolution was motherboard replacement.i didnt catch his name,he was a guy on customer care only whom i reached after a couple of transfers.but i was satisfied he apologised n even assured me that it wont recur.
