It is due to ping....I to faced the same issue and recorded the issue but after seeing the video again I noticed that the ping is not stable due to that it is acting like ghost touch.

then why they have introduced rog ui / zenui blah blah. Custom android skin is running on top of the every asus so they can add a feature which helps the some of the users.

They should just add on option which helps the users to access notification panel on lock screen or not and pin required to shutdown or not in their perspective settings. So the users who are interested will use that and not interested people just switches it off.

sorry sir but the above picture like feature is present in asus sorry for making trouble. Sir can you implement that by single tap on the screen we can see only time and date like feature instead of pressing power on/off button. The problem is not about thief. If I kept my phone on desk and sleeping my friends just opens the notification panel and keeps my phone in silent or keeping it in aeroplane mode. It will cause me to loose important calls. So please look into it.
