I have visited the service center, there was a issue which they fixed, now my battery is draining after removal of power adapter(before the power adapter used to lead in laptop power off but now this is fixed). They say that I need to replace my battery, so can anyone here relate to the situation and if changing my battery… -

I have the same model number and BIOS, I need a working battery as my battery is not taking a backup.

@Blake_ASUS The charging percentage doesn't increase and i found that the battery isn't taking the backup. Laptop is working only in charging mode
