I'm pretty sure all of us here would be willing to help with the "testing and validating new features" - especially when no carrier certification is required. Expectations should be put simply - just do it
-
@Anders_ASUS has there been any progress on this???????????????????
-
I can test VOLTE on Vodafone - if its going to be available, I'll buy the Rog 3. At the moment, without VOLTE, I cannot justify selling my S20 Ultra
-
Yep.. I'm sticking with my HK imported SD865 S20 ultra for the time being. There's no point downgrading atm
-
Doubt it. The fact is, the ROG 3, like the ROG 2, there simply isn't enough handsets sold here to justify adding support. Speaking to a friend of mine in JB Hifi, they've sold around 35 handsets Aus wide to date... so. umm. yeah......
-
Long story short - Asus don't care
-
Asus just too lazy to implement VOLTE here in Australia. They simply don't care..
-
I had the ROG2. the call quality was atrocious at the best of times.... ugh
-
Ah.. well that sucks.. ITs a definite pass from me.. No point paying $1699 for something that isn't fully supported in Aus..
-
What are the settings to input for this?? Or do you need to flash the different baseband to make it work?? I have been thinking about getting the ROG3, but no volte holds me back
-
oh dear... In ROG 2 they stuffed carrier aggregation for me so i went from 200mbps to 100mpbs.. Now they stuff up 5G. Seriously terrible
-
Be prepared for ... nothing to happen.... Exactly the same as ROG 2
-
Asus Australia is just for repairs - they don't seem to answer anything helpful in relation to VOLTE or other aspects of Asus gear..... Maybe you guys need to retrain or sort them out?
-
No point... Nothing ever comes of VOLTE support unless Asus pay for implementation with the carriers.. So.. Has Asus paid?
-
What they will say is "Sorry your carrier does not support the Asus Rog 3. Please chase up with your carrier"... It was the same with the ROG 2. Nothing has changed.
-
If you need VOLTE support in Australia - there is none.. Asus fk it up again.. useless
-
Well.. I guess the lack of response here indicates ZERO support again. It's a pass from me then. Asus you're such a let down

I love Android 10, but I have an issue with 4G+ which Anders is looking into. I think I might flash back to A9 64 as i didnt have any issues with this version. Good to know that you can actually roll back :)
-
Thanks @Anders_ASUS ?

This one is very hard to replicate. I've had it happen maybe twice so far. I think its happened where I've gone to use the FPS but just as the light comes on I've removed the finger (need good reflexes) and then it happens.. Some other times, th…

I have the same issue.

Phone of - then Power + Volume UP Try that combo - that worked for me

4G+ bug for me on Vodafone - since A10 beta 6. On Android 9 i was getting 260mbps downloads on 4G+ constantly no issues. Now it dropped to <100mbps However, if I enable airplane mode, then disable airplane mode, for exactly 1 minute, I get 260…

I'm on A10 stable with WW handset, and want to go back to Android 9 as they have stuffed something with the 4G+ baseband.. Is there a tutorial to roll back??
-
I never had issues on Android 9, but with 10 (since Beta 6) they obviously stuffed around with the baseband for WW, I can't get the 4G+ speeds i was previously... For some reason If i go to airplane mode, then out of airplane mode, for exactly 1 mi…
-
The stable 10 is actually Beta 9... All of us on Beta 9 can't update successfully.. Round of applause to Asus.. Bloody stupid...
-
Nah Asus dont care. They've left all of us on Beta 9 on Beta 9.. We can't successfully update to the "stable" version because they were too lazy to finish it.... Such a shame. Asus need to pull their heads in and thumbs out of their bums
-
I hope they fix the 4G issues with the final release... Games for me unplayable on 4G now.. Never had that issue on Android 9...
-
I'm having a 4G speed issue with my WW ROG 2 on latest Beta.. If I switch to Airplane mode, then re-enable data, running speedtest straight after i get 220-240mb/s downloads.. After about 5 min and I run the test again (same servers, same location) …

Well fun fact is ROG2 on beta Android 10 is on Dec security patch... You just have to wait for Stable Android 10 I suppose, or if you desperate, flash Android 10 beta 2?
