I didn't have a bent chassis of my phone but it might happen because someone has applied so much pressure to the device from one side. Did someone sit on the phone recently because that kind of damage could happen if someone sit on it applies pressu…

(Quote) It's not about red tint... When we switch from 60Hz to 90Hz or 120Hz, the dark grey part of the screen turns to black due to gamut change at low brightness (it's kinda like increased black crush)

Sorry I can't upload a video as camera will adjust the exposure automatically causing pitch black at all refresh rates

(Quote) Dude Asus isn't gonna make promises for bloatware like RGB torch apps... They in the starting offered a lot of bloatware until Zenui 6. And everyone like Zenui 6 since it doesn't offer bloatware. There are people out there who like bloatware…

(Quote) Thanks for reminding me the name... You are correct but AOD should copy more things from the Ambient display... I know full copy js not possible as clock will be at the same place which will risk screen burning, but they should add the notif…

Here's a shot of that screen (Image) (Image) I've chosen to hide sensitive content otherwise it will show the whole message and other notifications. (P.S. sorry for the second blurred shot, it's hard to focus on shiny surfaces)

(Quote) It might be because battery charges exponentially... The thing that might happened here in your case might be that your device just drop from 56% to 55% (maybe just a few seconds before you put your device to charging) and since the device c…

(Quote) Hey if you can wait, you can buy the newer ROG phone 3 (or III) whenever it releases in the future. You will have advantage of additional 1 major update if you buy ROG phone 3 (or III) over ROG phone 2. But decision is yours, if I was you an…

Dude to be honest, stop using application which people back in 2010 thought were useful but to be honest they weren't useful or reliable. They just consume battery and run in the background and to the date they aren't reliable...

(Quote) Sideloading is just sad because app crashes so many times under load as it's not optimized properly... but that's the only option for now...

(Quote) It's the display, because I've seen 5 different ROG 2 in last couple of days and they all have the grey lines and even mine Rog have those grey lines. Looking closer it looks like a blackish brownish grain on the screen.

Buy a third party Type C cable or get one from the Asus' service center or Asus' store, either way you have to pay for the cable. If you have any another cable lying around, please use that instead of broken one, as it might harm your device.

If you are using twin apps, the cloned app is not allowed to access contacts due to security reasons so you can only use the OG whatsapp application to access contacts. That's why you are not able to save contacts.

No. After rooting your device, your device will not eligible to recieve any future update and will end your ASUS warrenty.

Just take your device to the nearest Asus Service Center whenever it's safe to do so. It might be a hardware problem. Until then you might need to use a secondary device and leaving Rog to stay powered off.
  • Vamp
Have you tried turning off the wifi calling?

Please clear the data of AudioWizard and AudioWizard services and restart. Your DTS profiles will be deleted so you need to reconfigure them. Just give it a try. It might help you.

While listening to a song try screen recording as it will bypass any audio EQ you have on by any accident and if the issue persist then take it to the service center.
