    Please don't wait for such miracles! Submit the phone as soon as possible to any Authorised asus service center for your sake. It confirmed that the issue can rectify only through the mother board change. I did it and the device working fine for the last one month. No issues faced till now.

    Probably it will lost again. Initially, I got the wifi signals back on my phone without doing anything and felt very happy. But after few days, it lost for ever.     Congrats! Please update the performance of the device post service. I am worried about the performance of RGB lighting, air triggers, microphone etc in future after this service. Also afraid to install any future software updates 😢 as I don't want to ruin that 50k I invest to buy this.

    Today I got a call from service center. He told me that the chip will arrive by 7th of November. As I don't want to use this piece of shit anymore, I denied to replace the chip and ask him for the refund as soon as possible. He will let me know after a discussion regarding this. I will update once I get any response.

    I handed over my phone at Kollam kadappakkada service center. Since there is no smart phone repairing here, they sent the phone to cochin service center (really sorry, I didn't know the exact location) and talk to the cochin service manager through phone.

    I am from Kerala. I submitted my rog phone 5 to cochin service center 7 days ago. Based on discussion with the service manager, I understand that presently there is chip shortage and for most new cases, they are refunding or provide new hand set.
