@tariqfayyaz2001 Please consider backing up your personal data and then perform a factory reset. Should the volume down button still not work, please reach out to a local ASUS service center.

Please reboot your device in safe mode to check if it's a third party app causing the issue: Long press restart button until asked if you want to reboot in safe mode. If that solves it, please reboot in normal mode and clear cache files system-wide, then reboot again. Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile Manager -> Cleanup

Switching over to ultra durable mode during the night, using dynamic charging and setting a charging limit can all help to extend battery life.

@Hermantz75 Not much to go on, but assuming you can still navigate your device, the most straightforward approach would be to perform a factory reset and start from scratch. After resetting your device, install antivirus software and scan your device again.

@Madozz Please bear in mind that the Tencent version of ROG Phone 5 running global firmware is not a supported configuration, hence the lack of automatic firmware updates (among other tings). If you run into any issues with your device, please contact your reseller, as this is not a configuration that we sell.

@Rebwar As FunBike suggests, you need to upgrade to the latest A11 firmware package before making the jump to A12. You should be able to update to WW-18.0840.2201.229 and then continue from there.
