Hi, when you say that your SOT (Screen on Time) has gone down, can you share the SOT after trying the below:
1. Charge the battery to 100% & use as per your normal usage pattern
2. When the battery strength reaches 10%, go to settings = Battery => Tap on the battery icon & share the graph
3. settings => Battery => Check the screen & share the same.
Please follow below steps may improve battery backup:
1. Close apps that are not used (Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS, etc.)
2. Adjust sleep time and brightness (Settings > Display)
3. Boost memory when you see memory consumption is high with no app running,
4. check for background running applications, stop/disable unwanted apps, you can manage apps from auto-start manager.

Its not a sudden huge drain of battery like 10 percent extra per hour..... It's just 3 to 4 percent ...which i can expect to resolve in next updates as it was happened before in previous updates. .in 61 or 63 version i cant remember.
The idea of draining battery to 10 percent is risky for battery life and this little draining problem isn't worth it. ....i never let my battery down below 40 percent.....
Gps,wifi, Bluetooth, hotspot..all these are always turned off in my device...i have only single sim 3g with -92 dbm signal level. I always clear recent apps after usage.
I just want to tell the developer team that, previous .82 version had good battery backup and use same battery optimization for next updates. That's it.
