Microphone not working during loudspeaker calls or video calls

Please tell us some basic information before asking for help:
Model Name: max pro m1
Firmware Version: 0.84
Rooted or not: no
Frequency of Occurrence:
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app):
With normal calls everything is working fine.
But when put calls on loudspeaker, person other side not able to hear anything.
This is same for video calls. Person other side is not able to hear anything .
I have done hard reset and factory reset both but problem still persist.
Any solution please help. ?

Hi, request you to enter into SMMI test to check if there is any issue with the hardware.
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST_V4.1.35
Select Receiver1_Test=>Press Start to check
