Detailed description：the headphones dont work at all. brought it to the store yesterday and they fixed it using typing. tried several didfferent earbuds. tried all trouble shooters. went into device manager and the headphones do not show up. uninstalled the speakers and restarted. they worked at the store after someone did a bunch of typing and now they don't work again. thanks.
