How to retrive missing IEMI Software

I have software issue in my mobile. After visting the mobile reparing shop, they said that initial software is corrupted and needs to be flashing. But they have not back up the IEMI related software. Due to this my mobile did not picked SIM Signals
Please give me solution to retrieve my iemi basic software in my ZenFone max mobile.
