Not receiving any notifications from security apps

I don't k ow if this is an android issue or phone apps but I am not receiving any 2FA apps notifications(okta, duo or ms Authenticator) on the phone.
I have to go open the apps and then authenticate.
Is there a way I can turn off battery optimization completely as missing these notifications is not an option for me and I don't care about battery life?
Please suggest

Hi, Authenticator, MS Authenticator doesn't gives you notification. You need to go in app to see code.
What about okta and duo?
They should give notification instantly, I can say if my internet is 500mbps and no other connection issues, why it never gives me prompt?
I turned off all optimization for data and battery and will check if that helps.
I have also complained to okta and will see if something is wrong on their side
