Automatic Shutdown Issue on Asus ZenFone 3 5.2 Z017DA
• My phone won't turn on easily.

• It only turn on if my phone is charging or connected to charger.

• When i turn on my phone then i disconnect the charging. Well after a few minutes it automatically shutdown for no reason even if i have 90% percent left on my battery.

• I update my phone to latest firmware update but still i have the issue.

• I hard reset my phone after update but still i have the issue.

• I troubleshoot everything and still i got the Automatic Shutdown/Fail to boot up without a charger [Connected to charger].

In addition i think it is a bug that causing a weird problem. Well the issue came from software side. I suppose i only had this issue after i update to Android 7.0 Nougat. Right now even i update to the latest software update it is still the same.

Right i suppose there is no way to fix my device. Then i understand that but i think its time to switch on another brand because if you don't mind its impossible to access service center here in the Philippines due to COVID19. I've been using my Asus ZenFone 3 5.2 for 3 years and its pretty solid but a bit lack of support on software. Now i know why there's a lot of people like me experiencing this sht.
Besides thank you for response!
