Ah right - sounds like you managed to upgrade using the firmware and upgrading using the manual root.

You can can clear cache and storage and see if it's the same thing next time we get an update.

By the way, was you already on the latest firmware prior to this update?

Yeah, did not work with the small FOTA update though, only full firmware. Yes I was on the update that was removed from the website. The one that came out inn july. Maybe that was the issue.

Those who have updated their phone to 17.0240.2004.9 version are getting this error massage but for me I got this .27 update directly after .32 update
Asus mods should answer this since 17.0240 2004.9 update was removed from asus server for bugs and now those updated their phone with that buggy firmware are getting problems

We're investigating this issue. If you feel unsure about the manual update process, I suggest you stay on your current firmware for the time being.
