Detailed description：Sometimes when I switch on my computer my charge level can show 0%, it blocks and switchs off. Though in reality it should be charged, but not 0%, I never leave my computer with 0%. Then I have to switch on the charger, and it starts to charge my computer really from 0%. What could be the problem?
It is such a difficult time to give a computer for the checkup when everything is online...

Like how many hours did you left it? 8, 10 or 12 hours?

and 30-100% is a wide range too.

for instance yesterday it was 70% charged, I switched it off, and then I switched it on after 10h (next day). And again it showed 0%, and turns off. Or today I had about 25%, I switched it off, then I came in 3 hours and it shows 0%. Thanks for your answers!
