Rog phone 2 keeps crashing and restarting during the gameplay

I had purchased this phone on 1st January this issue never happened before but now it's happening ever now and then and I'm really pissed with this issue yesterday while playing PUBGM it restarted thrice back to back getting me kicked out of the game. It lags a lot now and I even can't start X mode and aggressive heat control as it aggregate the issue. Please help me with this issue and I'll be very thankful to you.

While playing pubg is something I've given up long time back... Even when the phone is charging my phone switches off and restarts... I put alarm on my phone and I've missed it for so many times that I put an alarm on my alternate phone.... Please help me out... I've bought the phone on 14 January of this year

We're requesting logs from affected users and so far it's pointing towards hardware failure. We are in contact with the users in question.

There is

Active service center List
Install 3DMark from app store( well known benchmark tool )
Turn on X mode and run the first test ( slingshot extreme ). Your device should shut down within a minute. ( Behaviour maybe different in Android 9 )
