Issues with my rog phone II

I am facing below issues with my rog phone II

1. When battery is low. I am seeing a pop up on my screen as flashlight disabled when using otg in low battery. I am not even trying to use flashlight or otg. Sometimes one of the charging port is also not working during low battery. During this time notification pane cannot be opened to. Screenshot is attached for alert.

2. Screen becomes unresponsive at times. Not happened in last few days but was happening quite often earlier.

3. Fingerprints are not recognized many a times once I press the power key and try again. It starts recognizing them.

4. Even i am out of the game the armory widget is enabled. Which creates problem while using phone in full screen mode.

5. Unable to zoom rear camera past 2x from inbuild camera app. But can do so using third party apps.

    1. I would need a log for this. I will send you a PM with instructions on how to do it
    2. I would need a log and preferably a video if you can manage to capture it
    3. Need a log here too but for most cases, the main issue lays with how the registered the fingerprint. A lot of users don't move their finger around enough during registration and then they hold their hand/grip slightly differently when trying to unlock. It's recommended to try to scan your finger from all possible directions, partial scan and so on. It's also possible to add the same finger twice or even three times if necessary. Up to 10 fingers/scans can be made. I have scanned both my index fingers and thumbs twice on my own device and it always unlocks on the first try unless only half my finger is on the reader. If you see the bright light below your finger, then it's not perfectly centered.
    4. If you go to system settings -> advanced -> game genie -> press game toolbar text -> Are any apps except games enabled in this list? If yes, disable them as this will cause game genie to be active
    5. Can you please record this using the screen recorder

    Issue 1: It is only seen when my battery is low. Once my battery gets low will share the logs with you.

    Issue 2: I am not facing since last few days. Once i face it again will update you with recording and logs.

    Issue 3: let me try registering my fingerprint once again keeping your instructions in mind. If I face the issues again will update you with logs.

    Issue 4: game genie is currently enabled only for games. It is disabled for all other apps. Still when I minimize the game it remains active. Suggest what can I do for it.

    Issue 5: Have shared the screen recording.

    Issue 1 and Issue 5 are critical ones these are mainly ruining my experience with this device. Please look into this.

    for 4. I would like to have a screen recording and log

    for 5. looks like the app crashes. What if you long press the camera app -> enter app info -> storage & cache -> Clear storage

    For issue 4- will send you logs by end of the day.

    For issue 5- tried this. Issue persists.

    I have also been facing the same issues.

    The charging problem happens with the main charging phone. It doesn't charge and if it does no fast charging.

    I'm also having this problem right now. I only use the provided charger to charge my phone. The bottom port will not charge my phone and flashes the message "No flashlight when using OTG mode with low battery" when I have low battery. I plugged the phone up last night thinking it would be 100% in the morning only to find it at 3%. I had to use the side port to charge the phone to post this message. Is there a fix/setting adjustment for this?

    P.s. This issue also persists with the phone turned off.


    Edit: My wife has a Pixel and I took the usb-c cable from her charger along with the Asus provided AC block and it charges the phone just fine. If I use the Asus provided cable, nothing happens. This is with the bottom port only. The side port charges with either configuration.

    I'm also seeing this "OTG flashlight issue". I should add that I'm getting brief flashes of the ATTENTION error when both ports are connected the side mount takes priority over the bottom one. I am currently transferring files using the side port as I am seeing this.
