When I delete a large size file or an app the phone hangs and is left completely unresponsive. Force shutdown by holding power button is needed to get it back working again.

Dont forget that Asus was 2-3 Months late in Giving android 9 pie and after a year it still very buggy in the final versions. Now its android 10s time and they are delaying in months in the name of very stable OS. What makes you all think that they will deliver stable build? Asus have given up all hope on their own company and its time we do too.
