Phone not charging through charger

phone stopped charging through the charger it came with but charges fine through a power bank. The charger is not damaged in any way. :Rog phone 2; rooted: no.

Have you tried both ports? Is it not charging in any of them?
It got somehow fixed without me having to do anything. Maybe the dozen restarts did the job. Sorry for the late reply but i totally forgot that i posted a discussion here.
Clean ports with 99% alcohol.
i have exact same problem, any solution?
