Are you running any apps/games that's causing the freeze and restart?
Did the freeze and restart happen before?

I'm not playing on the phone. This happens for no particular reason. It also happens a lot while charging. If I turn the device on, it always happens. I formatted the factory settings. It helped for a few days.

Does the back of the phone say Tencent by any chance?
If not, you probably need someone else to help you or a mod who can help log your device mainly because it sounds like you can reproduce the issue consistently.
