FX504 doesn't turn on when battery went dead

Battery or AC: Battery
Model: FX504
Frequency of occurrence: All the time
I have a FX504 model and all when the battery went daed I can't turn on my notebook. The power light just blink once and nothing happend. I tried to reset CMOS and doesnt work. Anyone can help me plz?

So you used your laptop until battery went to 0% then your plugged in AC,
but then the device does not turn on right away?
May you try to wait for a while after you plug in AC?
Or you mean you can't use your device on Battery no matter what, only can use it on AC mode?
If so, please kindly send your device to service center for further examination on your battery.
