Can you provide more information? Is it detecting the headphone? Does it give any errors?

@irsyah.rayno Is your phone recognising the earphones at all? Have you tried both the bottom port and side port, with the same result? Also, have you made any changes in developer settings? if so, disable them, reboot your phone and try that way.
