AppDeals on Screenpad tries to reset computer

System: windows 10
Battery or AC: both
Model: zenbook flip 14 UX 463F
Frequency of occurrence: every time I open appdeals
Reset OS:
Screenshot or video: attached
========================
Detailed description:
July 1,2020. Just purchased this computer today.
Enjoying it but hitting a weird problem.

Every time I click on the AppDeals app on the screenpad, in a short time, a blue screen shows up with two options. Keep my files.... or Remove everything. When I choose keep it then tells me I will have to reinstall all my apps - it is like it is trying to reset my computer. This is making screenpad apps unusable because I can't add any.

Another problem is that when I click on screenpad apps to install from AppDeals such as Calendar, or Weather, it takes me to a general search on Microsoft Store instead of to the actual screenpad app from Asus.

Hello ebusinesstutor,
Please kindly try to uninstall My ASUS and then update ASUS system control interface V2 driver,
then install My ASUS back. Let me know if any.
For screenpad apps, you may search directly on Microsoft Store, as they are putted there, Appdeals is just an
portal/ interface for all functions.
Thank you.
