THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BOUGHT AN ASUS DEVICE. IT SUCKS 100% SUCKS IN UPDATING THEIR OWN SOFTWARE.

IT'S JUST A WASTE OF MONEY BUYING THIS PRODUCT. IF EVER THE STABLE ANDRIOD 10 WILL NOT COME OUT THIS MONTH OR JULY. I WILL ENCOURAGE EVERYONE NOT TO BUY THIS BULLSHIT PHONE. THEIR ARE LOTS OF BUGS ANG NOT FUNCTIONING FEATURES LIKE FINGER PRINT. JUST SWITCH OTHER BRAND PHONE NOT THIS ASUS SHIT!!!!!!!

I agree that it's not aggressive as other mobiles for timely software update but the strongest material it provides is the hardware , common guys we are leaving in an era where we can root the mobile and install the software as our wish, Iam personally using Asus max pro m1 from 3 years and still it's performance is world class and have used many Custom roms which comes with Android 10

Well they still suck at it. That's why my next phone will be a OnePlus since the phones that they release get good constant updates and actually listen to their fans.

They did listened to their fans for asus zenfone max pro m1 and zenui-6 because the launch of Asus zenfone max pro m1 fan's and reviewers did not like zenui and asked asus to launch a phone with stock android.that is why asus zenfone max pro M1 was launched with stock android and they also made zenui look like stock android and removed a lot of bloatware and made their ui look clean.

They partnered with Google for the android 10 beta for asus zenfone 6 and asus zenfone 5z to deliver android upgrades faster for their devices.
