Those who are claiming that asus will replace their buggy phone with the other one, have you guyz received your replacement?
What did they do to fix it ? can you please provide more details?
No. Not till now....the ASC called me 4 days back and told me another 10 days needed to get the Swap Handset
These guys dont even have the decency to respond customer grievances.. What a shame.. I bet they are running a big scam because the amount of users having the exact same problem at this exact same time is just unfathomable.. Everyone go on full rant mode on these guys through ecommerce reviews, forums, twitter whatever just make sure they dont get away with this scam
I was informed by Asus guy that handset swap will take 10-15 working days. He contacted me on 06-06-2020 and I submitted my handset on 09-06-2020. I guess deadline would be end of this month. Lets see what happens.
They mailed me a day before yesterday that it would take a couple of days to dispatch swap handset from hub to the Service Center.

Today i visited to their service centre but it was closed.
when you handover your defective device to service centre, you must have receieved a acknowlegement slip through which you can track the status about the phone?
what's showing on that status page?

They just provided one job sheet. I guess nothing seems to be tracked.
On the job sheet, you'll see a RMA Number, that you can use to track the service report,on my previous comment post I've mentioned the link too
If that doesn't work, you can simply enter your Mobile's Serial Number on that comment post,where you can see the repair status
Hi All, after continuous follow up with rc India and Asus apac service center, I got confirmation mail that they are going to replace motherboard with free of cost. Thus service will be till 30th June 2020.
I went to service center in Bangalore to submit my phone but they were asked mail directly from ASUS. Then I called customer care and handover to them and they convenced and finally accepted my phone.
But they need approval from internal ASUS team to proceed. Today I got confirmation call that, they approved it.
As per call center, I might get my phone by tomorrow or Monday. But I need to check with service center about the status.

Today I got update from ASUS HQ. I will get my Swap Handset by Tuesday. They sent me the courier details
you get any confirmation mail from asus team to your service center guys..... please inform i also struck on the same issue for mail only service center didn't receive any mail from asus team
I did not receive any further email or calls from asus india. I was extremely annoyed, but later i did went to the service centre (24th june) and there they told they got a circular stating this zenfone maxpro m2 issue the night before, and told most probably my warranty will be extended since it expired 2 months ago.. They also adviced me to keep the device in the service centre until further notice as it might take 2-3 weeks..
