my Sony WH-CH500 cannot connect my X302 laptop through bluetooth
Zenfone 3 max can connect. Zenfone 2 laser cannot connect, either.
Sony said this headphone is capable to connect the device with bluetooth 4.0

If connected means, then no problem in laptop bluetooth device. So you must check with sony headphone.
