Remove google contacts app and Provide Zenui contacta app.

Plz remove google contacts app and give us zenui contacts app.
1. Can't manage contacta in google contacts.
2. Can't see which contact is store in which place (sim,cloud, storage)
3. Deleted contacts are store again automaticaly.
4. Duplicate contacts showing.
So plz replace contacts app with other one like zenui contacts in android 10.

Duplicate contacts showing: The relevant team has confirmed that if the contacts are saved from different apps (WhatsApp, Duo,..), the contacts will appear as two on the contacts app. This is to allow users to dial the number from these apps instantly. Thanks for your understanding.

I don't saved any of these contacts from apps you telling. But still all contacts are appears 4-5 times. Bad contacts management. Worst contact app that you provide us.

That is a Google app so if you have any issue with the app you can go to Google Play Store and leave a review about the issue.they might fix the issue.
Also they advertised this phone to have no zenui apps.so they cannot provide zenui apps
And if you purchase any phone which are are advertised as clean android or android one , they will definitely only have Google apps.
Eg:nokia ,mi A series.

You are right. But what about bugs. Atleast they are not giving bugs with stock android.
1. Low sound while using bluetooth headphones.
2. Bad sound quality using 3.5mm jack.
3. Slow charging.
4. Worst file manager.

Could you tell us whether your phone is Max Pro M1(ZB601KL) or Max Pro M2(ZB630KL) ?
1. Low sound while using bluetooth headphones:  Does it appear on different Bluetooth headphones? Please tell us the brand/model of your bluetooth headphones. Does this appear with media/call/ring/alarm sound? If media, what app/app version are you using?  What's the volume level that you feel too low? Was it lower compared to Android Pie or which version?
2. Bad sound quality using 3.5mm jack: Please tell us whether your phone is Max Pro M1(ZB601KL) or Max Pro M2(ZB630KL) ?
3. Slow charging: We would like to understand whether you're using the ASUS original charger. We suggest that you try with new cables and check again. 
Please also note that "fast charging/charging rapidly" appears after a few minutes when you plug in your charger. Please make sure to check your lock screen after a few minutes.
Furthermore, there are some scenarios that may affect the fast charging status: 
A.   If the system is under high resource usage (high temp) or the battery level is over 85%, the device will trigger a protection mechanism, which lowers the charging current.
B.   Check if there is some object or stain in the charging port. We recommend to use a soft brush to clean the charging port.
C.      We recommend to test charging in safe mode. How to enter safe mode: https://www.asus.com/IN/support/FAQ/1005163
If in safe mode, the problem is not observed, the system performance may be affected by 3rd apps. We recommend to factory reset the system. 
If the charging status is still unstable in safe mode, we recommend to go to repair center for further checking. 
4. Worst file manager:
Which file app are you referring to? Please show us a screenshot/ tell us the app version/ and tell us the behavior not as expected.
